History of Development
"Unisoft" is a modern book factory with successful experience in the market of printing services both in Ukraine and abroad.. We are printing since 1994.
In 1997, the first printing machine was already on the place. It was a POK-70 Rybian Polygraphic Factory and Glue Binder. The first products manufactured in the enterprise were stationery. At this time, "Talent" publishing house was born and began the production of its own publishing products - books for kids and cardboard books.
In 2009, the company moved to it's own new building, and production capacities were equipped with new binding equipment by Kolbus.
In recent years, the company has invested more than 1 million euros in modernizing printing equipment. The share of the company in the overall market of Ukraine reached 25%.
Our specialists, based on many years of experience, continuously improve the production technologies and increase the quality of printed products. "Unisoft" Book Factory constantly updates the equipment park, expands its capabilities, and develops.

Export and International Cooperation
The Department of Foreign Economics was organized in 2014. Over the years, we have cooperated with customers from Europe, United States and Canada. We currently work with more than 200 publishers in Ukraine and Europe
"Unisoft" Book Factory exports printed products to Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, the Czech Republic, Belarus, Moldova, Belgium and other countries.

"Unisoft" international cooperation is also aiming to learn production management and organization systems from leading companies in this field. That is why we work closely with European educational institutions and businesses. Head management team of the "Unisoft" Book Factory has successfully passed "Fit for Partnership with Germany program in Germany" courses of Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen Center. "Unisoft" is a permanent partner of the "Fit for Partnership with Germany" program, initiated and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy. Main goal of this program is the development of entrepreneurship, business support and introduction of new technologies in the economic relationships between Ukraine and Germany.
Operators and workers are also visiting factories and printing houses to learn more about modern equipment, understanding of processes, improving their skills and giving them the unique opportunity to see with their own eyes how the work of world's leading manufacturers of hard and soft binding equipment, thread sewing equipment and others looks like.
In 2021, we opened a representative office of the "Unisoft" Book Factory in Poland. This makes possible to provide our services even more quickly and efficiently.

supply chains.
The system of indicators of sustainable development illustrates the results of the 21st indicator in four topics:

Unisoft Book Factory has been successfully inspected and certified.
In 2018, we received a "silver" level of recognition and decided to work on improving the subjects that were lacking. In 2019, the book factory
"Unisoft" received a score of 63/100, and received the "Golden" level of recognition.

In 2017, "Unisoft" Book Factory has become one of the first printing enterprises in Ukraine, which received a certificate of supply chain
management. In September, the first FSC-certified printed products where officially produced.
Every year, we successfully confirm the results of the previous audit and since March 2018 till January 2022 we are the owners of the FSC supply chain management certificate.

participation of SGS audit company, conducted an audit check "EGMONT SOCIAL AUDIT".
As a result, "Unisoft" book factory received the rights to produce EGMONT's non-handed products.

Assessment of labor protection and industrial safety, attitude to the environment, working conditions and business reputation confirmed the compliance of these areas with the international requirements of the "Unisoft" Book Factory.

All FAMA certified facilities must follow these standards.
